Digital enablement is about helping people, businesses, organisations and communities build the confidence and capacity to adopt and use technology effectively.
It means understanding the barriers that can prevent adoption, addressing different needs and levels of digital capability, and creating the conditions that allow everyone to participate in an increasingly digital economy and society.
Volume 2 of the Connected Saskatchewan Toolkit: Digital Enablement helps communities move from being digitally ready to putting technology to work. It explores opportunities to:
