Digital Enablement defines the challenge of the multiple digital divides; identifies barriers and resistance to adoption; and looks at enabling the unique needs of all members of the community while addressing the risks.
Volume 2 of Connected Saskatchewan Digital Enablement aims to enable all people, all communities, businesses and sectors to:
- Utilize and apply the technology to improve their well being
- Increase the awareness of what is possible
- Improve socio-economic performance
- Overcoming barriers
- Build a ‘digital community’
