Connected Saskatchewan: Digital Readiness

The Connected Saskatchewan Program supports the socio-economic health and competitiveness of municipalities and First Nations.

Municipal and First Nation governments must not assume that gaps in connectivity will be solved by the provincial and federal governments or the private sector. Although broadband may not be considered a core municipal/nation service, we encourage governments at a local level to consider the role they want to play in determining their digital future.

Volume I of the Connected Saskatchewan Toolkit Digital Readiness provides a baseline on the technology and first steps to connectivity planning.
